A Chair or Two or Three

Here are three chairs to add to my series of chairs, started way back when. I’m setting a goal of (at least) 30 chairs total, so I’m more than halfway there. Then I’ll make up a little book to contain them all.

See the rest of the chairs in the November 2004 archive.

    Hi Amy

Thanks for your comment today! I’ve actually been checking here the last few days but for some reason I’ve got a message saying "not allowed on this server", but tonight got through okay, I’m not computer literate enough to know what that’s about.

anyway, I love chairs, so I really like your idea for a little book of them! a nice variety here, both in style of chair and different mediums, looking forward to more. and am I showing my age if I say I remember school desks like that, I like their clunky shape especially shown right after the graceful "Thornet" at the top.

    Thanks Kat and Cin,
You’ve spurred me on to do more today. Took a break from drawing..except for a little wonky sketch of the dog, so it’s time to get back into it. I think I’m still getting used to the time switch..I’ve been lagging a bit. But I want to keep up with more regular entries now, so it helps to get feedback. I know other people have been looking out for new entries too.
Not sure why the error message came up though. Glad you got through anyway.

    Hi Mel!
Yeah, sorry I haven’t been in touch. I knew we’d be seeing you next week though. Actually, we didn’t go over to Mum and Dad’s today..when I wrote about visiting on Saturday, I meant the following week.
Anyway, we’ll get together soon. Oohh..I hear a possum growling in the dark..yep, I’m definitely back in Wonga Park!
