[...] This past weekend, we visited good friends at Worco, celebrated the birthday of Cameron’s niece, Melissa, and then we took Ebony on a 2 hours trip up to the Aussie bushland to visit Alastair and his wife at their cottage at “Bonnie Doon”. We hadn’t expected the invitation and didn’t have the camera with us that day, so no pictures - and it’s a shame because it was a stunning site! A whole new landscape of Australia that I’d never seen. (I will write more about it another time.) [...]

[...] Had a good day today..went into the city to have a medical exam for the immigration process, and on the way home we stopped in at Worco to see Alastair and Warren. Great fun to see those guys! We only meant to stay for a few minutes, but ended up talking and joking all afternoon, then going to a pub for dinner and drinks. And after that we made a quick visit to see Mum and Dad. Mum said Ebony, our niece, is really eager to see us over her school holidays, so we said we’ll definitely make sure to see her. We’ll probably take her to the movies. As we drove home, the stars were really shining .. I could make out the milky way which always looks so bright out here where there isn’t much light. A very wonderful day for sure! [...]

What a wonderful place to visit! Cam should consider going back there to work when his health improves. He is so talented and could be making beautiful guitars for musicians all over the world. Sounds like you had a lovely time. Give my love to Daniel and Adrian.
