Homemade Christmas Treats
Well, suffice it to say it was a lovely Christmas. I’ll post more about gifts later, but for now lets just say we have delicious cookies today (snickerdoodles!) which were made on the premises. Also, the glasses we recieved from Christine were perfect for the nog I whipped up when we couldn’t find any at the store!:
This is a problem, as living in the Southern hemisphere means the feasting coincides with beach weather. Ughh. Yeah..well, there’s one totally predictable New Year’s resolution made!

I’d love to have Christmas on the beach! It would have been mild enough to this year, but we’re not *that* close to the beach, and on Christmas Day we tend to stick around home.
