Banner Parade

  

Although I don’t always do it on a regular basis, one thing I enjoy about this blog is being able to come up with new banners. It gives the site a little boost when there is some fresh type and pictures heading the page. Sometimes the new banners are worked on for a-good-long-while and others seem to come together in no-time-at-all. I’ve got my favorites, of course.. the ones that look more professional, have good colors & balance and that are eye catching.

The other banners we’ll chalk up to the fact that there should always be some so-so ones to even things out. He he.
So, for those of you who are curious or want a reminder of what I’ve had up before, I bring you banners one through eight. If you’d like to see an old banner heading the page again sometime in the future just tell me which one! (I figure I’ll be changing the current one at the start of next month.)

    No. 1 is my favorite but really like 2, 4, 6 and 8. Isn’t that funny that they are the even numbers. You know I like the even numbered years. I sent a reply to your forward. Something else I’ll do this weekend is watch the Preakness Horse Race. xxxooo

    Ooops! Sorry..here I’ve been thinking all along that Kaffy got me that! I should have looked more carefully at the tags…I knew that the notepaper, cards and pen were from you..well, thanks for it..we’ve been having fun with it! (And yes, I owe you and Kathy letters as well!) Hope you are doing well..love you lots!!
