		<description>In Australian (and most other countries) it is a legel requirement to place &#039;Used with the aid of milk, fish, egg and nut products and traces may remain&#039;. These items aren&#039;t actually mixed into the wine but are used as fining agents. Egg is probably the easiest to explain, if you have ever made a consomme you would use egg whites to fine the soup and leave it clear, the egg whites are used in exactly the same way for wine. It is a very common practice and is used in all qualities of wine. Some labels may not list this as it is not a legel requirement in their country.</description>

I do know that at least the Asti never mentions it... and it sure tastes heaps better, even if it does use those things!</description>
