Turned over my leaf.
Last night was nice. Did just as planned and had fun!!
Today I ate a nice breakfast (mmm..the kiwi fruit was YUMM!), then walked Gus up to the corner shop to post a letter & get ice creams for Cameron and myself. (Gotta get my fix every so often!!)
Caught up on email (thanks Mom, Kelly, Katie, Aunt Beth, Cameron, & anybody else I forgot!), checked out some inspirational sites (I’ll put up a links section someday!), then I did my first grid drawing for June:
It’s actually the votive wreath I mentioned on my first entry of my old “my-diary” account. (July 21, 2002), which is now on this site, in archives.
I like the way the squares look blown up to a larger percentage. (I’m drawing them in 1.5″ x 1.75″ squares again.)
I didn’t do a grid last month, but hadn’t planned to either. I probably won’t scan every day, but ya never know? My aim is to at least stick with the drawing this time around!
To continue with the silly theme, here are our dogs, Goldie (l) and Gus (r), wearing Cam’s sweaters (’jumpers’ for you Aussies) last week!!:
P.S. Can you you tell that I’m now adding parentheses wherever I can on this entry? (Don’t say I didn’t warn you!)
P.P.S. In case you’re wondering why I don’t walk Goldie, he’s not really our dog. (Just a renegade from next door) But he’s still a part of our pack. They both keep us in fits of laughter!

bwahahaha, the dogs in sweaters are too funny. their faces look so embarrassed. lol!
and i simply adore your votive candle painting/drawing. it has such energy! even the way you wrote Tuesday is filled with grace. brava!

I know!! They looked at us like "Uhh..are we supposed to be wearing sweaters? We never wore sweaters before.." Cam did it on a whim and I’m glad he got the picture of it!!
Thanks on the compliment! I did another drawing tonight and will soon post it with an entry! It’s been fun!!
The handwriting? Well, it’s gone downhill in recent years due to the computer, but when I try it turns out nice. And someone, who I like to call "Peeftaste", says that my handwriting is great because I write like a nun! Haaaa!!
Nuns?!! Now "Filled with grace"?! Oi vay!! :-)

And for some unknown reason, I really thought I’d spelled parentheses right last night! Even looked it up in the dictionary! But I spelled it wrong..twice..2 different ways!
I blame it entirely on lack of sleep!
