I’ve just been ultra lazy with this blog. And away for the past few days playing games of Mad Libs and Rummikub, getting my face painted, taking walks to the park, and doing the hair of our super silly, excitable and wonderful niece Ebony, while she’s on school holidays. Cameron and I had lots of fun and I know she did too!

Did you ever just grow weary of writing about the same ol’-same ol’? That’s my problem. Blog fatigue.
Here’s what’s been happening in my world, in case you’re saying “Did she fall off the face of the planet?” :
Job searching, catching up with friends by phone, walking the dog, experimenting with new recipes, visiting family, playing Rummikub, Pictionary, Solitaire and Mad Libs, watching the Commonwealth Games on TV, watching Scrubs and Little Britain, reading a handful of other blogs every-so-often, planning to call my family and forgetting till it’s the wrong time of day, wrapping up the very last (hopefully) of the immigration details, grocery shopping, cleaning house, wearing green and “lucky socks” and…
..getting a cool package from Kathy and Sr. Chrissy!!! THANKS GUYS! (Got it the day before St. Patrick’s Day.)
As for this blog, I’m sure I’ll get back into the swing of things eventually. So thanks for still popping in… now I’m off to enjoy some of my gifts!
Sorry for the disappearing act. I just haven’t felt like blogging at all. The show was great and we went out afterwards with Ken and the band to party at a bar downtown. Got home after 7 AM I think, so it took me a couple of days to recover. Haven’t been online much at all since then, except to check email. So after the weekend (we’re visiting Mum, Dad and Eb) I’ll write a real post. See ya then!
